Give Gratitude….
Gratitude is powerful. And it does a couple important things. First, it supports us tuning into the present. Second, it creates positive emotional experiences for us and for others (when we share it). Third, it puts our focus on what we appreciate instead of what we don’t have - which can be a really powerful tool.

If you’re not a meditator, that’s ok - but I’d encourage you to give this one a try anyway - it’s a short (only 7 minutes long) meditation focused on bringing gratitude and love to yourself, because gratitude isn’t just for other people! This is a great one to do to start or end your day.
